Introducing
Nadia williams
Welcome to the creative world of Nadia Williams, a multidisciplinary artist, writer, performer, producer, and creative director creating at the intersection of story, movement, film, and self discovery.
Nadia’s work is rooted in a simple but expansive pursuit of truth. The truth of who we are beneath the identities, expectations, and stories we’ve inherited and what becomes possible when we begin to live from that place.
At the center of this exploration is The Long Way, a seven volume body of work that began as a personal journey through writing and has grown into something much larger. Through each volume, Nadia explores another layer of becoming, inviting us to question what we know, release what no longer belongs to us, and return to what is true.
But The Long Way is only one expression of the world Nadia is creating.
Through her creative projects, productions, performances, and future work across film and storytelling, she is building spaces for reflection, connection, collaboration, and meaningful community impact.
This is Nadia’s world. The Long Way is one way in.
the purpose
At the heart of Nadia’s work is a desire to help people look within.
We spend so much of our lives learning how to exist in the world, absorbing beliefs, expectations, behaviors, and identities before we ever have the chance to question them. The process of unlearning can be uncomfortable because it asks us to reconsider parts of ourselves we once believed were permanent.
But beneath what we have been taught is the opportunity to discover what is true.
Nadia creates to encourage that discovery, to inspire authenticity, self-love, grace, and the courage to become more deeply acquainted with who we are at our core.
Through storytelling, creative projects, collaboration, and community centered work, the intention is not to tell people who they should become, but to remind them that they have permission to find out for themselves.
To question.
To unlearn.
To release.
To reconnect.
To live more truthfully.
The purpose is simple: create from truth, live from truth, and create space for others to find theirs.
” His power at work within us can do far more than we dare ask or imagine” -Ephesians 3:20
